Five Minute - One Pan Meatloaf

This recipe is one of the Quickest,Simplest and Easiest that I have made.Guaranteed no one in the family will turn up their nose when you are ready to serve. Make a lot because cold meatloaf sandwiches are just as good!

One Pan Meatloaf

Prep time 15 minutes

Cook time  350  45 minutes

2 lb Ground beef, ( sirloin)  or what ever you have

2 eggs

1/2 cup bread crumbs ( i have been using Panko crumbs)

2 carrots grated

1 medium onion grated

1tsp garlic powder

Couple of Squirts Worcestershire Sauce

Several shakes from the Parmesan Cheese

Salt/Pepper

Little BBQ  sauce,

In a flat pan with sides than you can cook the meatloaf in,

Grate the onion and carrots directly into the pan, Add parmesan , bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt/pepper, scramble eggs in the corner of pan, Mix all ingredients together, add ground beef , mix together,

Form and shape meatloaf, Like a flat football, about 2.5 -3 inches thick, add a little bit of water on the bottom of the pan ( 1/4 cup +/-)  Add couple of squirts of BBQ sauce to water, Stir with same fork,  add a few drops on the top of meatloaf

Cover with foil. cook 350 degree  aprox 45 minutes..

Enjoy!
